1. Pricing, Quotations & Taxes

• All prices listed on our website represent direct ex-factory wholesale rates in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Goods & Services Tax (GST) and applicable road freight are charged as per official government invoicing standards.
• Quotations issued via WhatsApp or proforma invoice remain valid for 15 days from date of issuance.

2. 1-Year Comprehensive Manufacturer Warranty

• Every machine includes an authentic 1-Year Full OEM Replacement Warranty covering electric motors, gear assemblies, hydraulic cylinders, and powerpacks.
• Free lifetime video technical consultation and wiring schematics are provided to all verified buyers.
• Consumables and wear-and-tear parts (cutting blades, heating coils) are excluded from standard motor warranty but supplied at subsidized factory rates.

3. Delivery, Freight & Inspection

• Machinery consignments are dispatched via reputed national transport partners with comprehensive transit insurance.
• Buyers are advised to inspect transport packaging upon arrival and report any transit irregularities within 7 days for free replacement or repair.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All commercial contracts, transactions, and agreements are governed by the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
