At Bangasree Machinery, we engineer and supply commercial-grade industrial machines across West Bengal and India from our Kolkata manufacturing hub. We stand 100% behind the quality, durability, and operational precision of our machinery. Below are our official guidelines covering warranties, transit safety, replacements, cancellations, and refunds.

1. 1-Year Comprehensive Manufacturer Warranty

Every industrial machine manufactured and supplied by Bangasree Machinery comes with an official 1-Year Comprehensive Manufacturer Warranty covering:

• Free repair or replacement of manufacturing defective electrical motors, hydraulic cylinders, pressure pumps, and mechanical gear assemblies.
• Free lifetime technical consultation, wiring schematics, and live video support from our senior factory technicians.
• Prompt dispatch of genuine OEM replacement parts throughout the warranty period.

2. 30-Day Return & Replacement Window

We provide a clear 30-Day Return & Replacement Policy from the date of product delivery across India:

• Eligible Products: Industrial machinery and equipment with verified manufacturing defects, operational malfunctions, or transit issues.
• Return Method: Customers can return machinery via freight/mail courier or directly in-store at our Kolkata factory depot.
• Return Shipping Cost: Free return / replacement freight is covered by Bangasree Machinery for verified manufacturing defects and warranty claims. Zero restocking fees apply.
• Transit Damage Window: Please inspect the machine crate upon delivery and report any transit physical damage within 7 days of delivery with unboxing photos/videos for expedited resolution.

3. Order Cancellation & Refund Processing

• Pre-Dispatch Cancellation: If an order is canceled before factory dispatch, a 100% full refund of any advance payment will be processed within 5-7 business days via original payment mode (NEFT/RTGS/UPI/Bank Transfer).
• Post-Dispatch Returns: For approved product returns received at our factory, refund amounts are credited directly to the customer's bank account within 5-7 working days of machine inspection.
