At Bangasree Machinery, we engineer and supply commercial-grade industrial machines across all 28 States and 8 Union Territories of India from our central Kolkata manufacturing facility. We ensure reliable freight handling, insured transit, and doorstep delivery for all orders.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch Timeline

Standard In-Stock Machinery: Orders for ready-stock machines are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (1-2 business days) following order confirmation.
Customized & High-Capacity Plants: Custom-configured machines or complete manufacturing lines are manufactured, tested, and dispatched within 3 to 7 business days.
Dispatch Notification: Customers receive immediate dispatch confirmation along with lorry receipt (LR copy) and consignment tracking details via WhatsApp and email.

3. Industrial Protective Packaging

Every machine is thoroughly checked, rust-preventive coated, wrapped with multi-layer high-density stretch film, and enclosed in heavy-duty reinforced wooden crates to withstand long-distance transport.
Fragile electronic control panels and digital temperature controllers are cushioned with shock-absorbing foam lining.

4. 100% Comprehensive Transit Insurance

All consignments are covered under 100% Comprehensive Transit Insurance against accidental physical damage or loss during road transport.
In the rare event of transit damage, notify our team within 7 days with photos/videos for immediate free replacement of damaged components.

5. Shipping Rates & Freight Calculation

Direct factory ex-works prices apply with competitive freight rates negotiated with top national carriers (V-Trans, TCI Freight, Safexpress, GATI).
For selected promotional campaigns, subsidized or door-delivery freight terms are applied as indicated on product listings.
